OUR STORY

Evowill was founded in 2021 in Ukraine. We started as a Ruby team and found that there was a lack of skilled Ruby developers. We created an employment program to pass Senior developers’ knowledge to Juniors.

The war and market changes motivated us to expand the company worldwide. In 2023, the first Colombian team members joined Evowill.
We also complemented our technical stack with Python/Django and JavaScript/React.

Today, we're focused on two directions: collaborating with companies
and increasing the number of qualified developers. We mentor Juniors into Python or Ruby Full-Stack professionals and find projects for them.
